Training for the 5 mile event

Below is a suggested weekly timetable/programme running up to the event, 
for those wanting to complete the 5 mile Rainbow Ramble.
The suggested activity should be increased/decreased according to your fitness levels.

This year we have a NEW shorter 5 mile route 

this route is more suited for those less abled, younger children and those wanting to start with an achievable challenge.

Enter for the event as normal - routes can be decided on the day - you will need to declare which route you will be taking at the registration stage on the morning.
